SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Shipping
We use the United States Postal Service, USPS, as our preferred shipping provider for our products in the shop that we can ship directly.
Products that are of regular inventory at Brahddahs Smoke Shop is directly delivered to you within 2-3 Business Days using USPS Service.
We also are offering additional securement material for the product shipment. Please message us for details.
Limited Release Products Policy
Products that are Limited Release require at least 3-4 weeks of shipping time at the time of order. Limited Release products are products that require purchasing from manufacturers that are off-island. However, if you purchase with us, we will take care of all the humbug and you will receive your product within 3-4 weeks.
Registered Members
If your Limited Release product succeeds 4 weeks at purchase, we will give you 75% of your order total to be used as credit in our online store at no additional fee to you.
Non-Registered Members
If your Limited Release product succeeds 4 weeks at purchase, we will give you 25% of your order total to be used as credit in our online store at no additional fee to you.

Returns
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!
We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.
You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returned items must have tags still on, be returned with the original packaging.

Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

Refund requests should be answered and completed with an expected completion rate of 2 business days.
In the meantime, please have your product ready and in its packaging. We will provide you with printable postage to send back at no additional charge to yourself.
Lost or Damaged Return
Brahddahs Smoke Shop is NOT responsible for shipping issues that are lost/stolen in transit.
Please provide pictures to us that products that are damaged and we will send you another product plus shipping and handling fees. If you do not want your package sent, we will refund your order, minus shipping and handling.
Additional Insurance
We would like to recommend the additional insurance package that includes lost/stolen/damaged product protection. The insurance package provides you with shipping insurance through USPS and additional shipment protection in material packaging
